• Pay for services in accordance with our established pricing and payment policies

Service Limitations and Restrictions

Our beauty salon services are subject to the following limitations:

• Services are provided based on professional assessment and may be refused if deemed unsuitable
• Results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair texture, and personal characteristics
• Certain treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve desired results
• Age restrictions apply to specific services, with parental consent required for minors
• Pregnancy and certain medical conditions may preclude some treatments
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, techniques, proprietary formulations, and business methods used within our salon are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to treatment protocols, product formulations, training materials, and promotional content. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any proprietary information obtained during their service experience. Photography or recording of treatments, facilities, or staff without explicit written consent is strictly forbidden.

Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

While we maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for allergic reactions when proper disclosure procedures have been followed
• Natural variations in treatment results do not constitute grounds for compensation
• Liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the specific service provided
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises
• Force majeure events releasing us from contractual obligations

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Client information is collected solely for service provision and business operations. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law. Security measures are implemented to protect against unauthorized access, though we cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic communications.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods as posted in our facility. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur cancellation fees. No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount. Refunds are provided only in cases of service provider error or inability to complete scheduled treatments.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or service provision shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against our establishment.

Modifications and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws, and any legal proceedings must be conducted in appropriate local courts. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full effect.
